It has also been found that this tea has similar anti-oxidative effects to tea with stronger anti-inflammatory properties. It is also known as Green Mountain Blue Lake Anti-Inflammatory Tea， and it is caffine-free.
Steep tea leaves in hot water at 90C(194F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
